Baylor Medical Pavilion
The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers mail to Tenant mailboxes located in the dock area hallway toward the rear of the building at Baylor Medical Pavilion. Outgoing mail is also collected by USPS from an outgoing mail box located at the same location in the designated outgoing mailboxes. Healthcare Realty Management office assigns all mailboxes, administers mailbox keys, and changes mailbox locks. A small fee is charged for replacement of mailbox keys and mailbox lock changes.
4004 Worth Street
The United States Postal Service delivers and pick up mail from the tenant mailboxes located in front of the outside of the building, at the 4004 Worth Street.
Landry Tower
The United States Postal Service delivers mail to Tenant mailboxes that are located in the first floor service corridor on the north side of the building. Outgoing mail is also collected by USPS from an outgoing mail drop located in the same location on the first floor. Healthcare Realty assigns all mailboxes, administers mailbox keys, and changes mailbox locks. In order to have a mailbox assigned for your suite, please contact the Management Office at 214.747.1600.
Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.
Deliveries for Baylor Medical Pavilion take place through the first floor loading dock located in the rear of the building off Worth Street
Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advanced reservation of the freight elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure a tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
